Playability meets wonder

Expert and novice golfers alike will be awed by our Black Desert Golf Course, a captivating study in man and nature’s artistry. Designed by Tom Weiskopf — a legendary pro golfer and course architect chosen for his iconic work among Hawaii’s lava fields—the 19-hole, 7,200-yard course is intricately routed through the land’s famed black lava rocks to create a dramatic desert canvas. Designed to make playability a priority, golf here is all about fun for everyone—with fair greens, forgiving fairways and 70- to 100-yard landing areas for beginners, yet plenty of risk/reward elements to challenge the most die-hard golfers at the back tees. Whether you’re celebrating Black Desert Resort’s raw, natural beauty as a spectator or engaging with it to the fullest, there’s a palpable sense of freedom and possibility here that’s all but undeniable. Pride in not just taking the road less traveled, but swiftly sprinting down it’s red rock cliffs.
